May all the beacons of light cover our world as the fireflies sparkle in an open grassy field on a still summer night.

About Bonnie
I am a mother of four beautiful daughters, a poet and photographer, a lover and a friend. At half a century years young, I feel so blessed to be surrounded by all this Love.
I feel like a sailor floating on a massive ocean of possibilities. Off in the horizon I cannot see land but I know it is there. The waters are smooth and they calmly caress my vessel with the knowing that yes, I am on course as I gratefully embrace this voyage. Other days I feel lost clinging to a life raft bobbing blindly in a heavy fog of confusion. At times I use my compass and other days I forget it is there.
Under all this uncertainty there is a faith I have held close to my heart since a child. A voice that resonates my being and whispers with the softness of a gentle rain. "It's all OK". Trust that when the fog has lifted there is a beautiful paradise that waits with an invitation to all who want to attend this new awakening. Wherever you are, "Its O.K.". If you have your anchor down, rest awhile, and sail on. It takes courage to follow a dream and to realize that you are beautiful exactly as you are. My intention in this second half-century of life is to find much beauty through the lens of a new camera and to place words from my heart on blank pages. My anchor is lifted and I celebrate the love that has been the wind beneath my sail. I celebrate Life and Light as I continue on my journey. |
